We want to take a moment to sincerely thank you for your continued support of Neptune AudioSpace. Your trust in our products and your support of our small business truly mean a great deal to us. We also wanted to share an important update regarding our pricing.

Over the past several years, we have worked hard to keep our prices as affordable as possible, even as the costs of materials, shipping, labor, and overall production have steadily increased. In truth, many of our products have remained undervalued for quite some time, as we chose to absorb rising costs ourselves rather than pass them on to our customers.

After taking a close look at our current production costs, we’ve reached a point where a price adjustment has become necessary in order to continue operating responsibly and sustainably. This decision was not made simply to increase profits. Rather, it was made so we can continue providing the level of craftsmanship, materials, and service that our customers have come to expect from us.

Most importantly, we never wanted to compromise the quality of our products by switching to cheaper materials or cutting corners. We believe you deserve better than that. Instead, we chose to preserve the quality and integrity of what we build, even if that means modestly increasing our prices.

We understand that price changes can be inconvenient, and for that we sincerely apologize. Please know this decision was made thoughtfully and only after every other option was considered. We remain committed to delivering products that perform exceptionally well, are built with care, and are worth your investment.
